Why are Safari users (seemingly based) in Singapore assaulting Secret Moon Art ? Why? Are they lowly thieves, hackers, both? Perhaps just visiting my SMA collection all of a sudden? Embedding bad links into my art gallery blog, more like. Which is a shameful, subversive form of theft, in my book. Low character behavior. Yet in a spirit of generosity as my freely available online drawings have always been offered, here's a pencil drawing of mine intended for honest browsers of Artwork, " Blue Trumpet Flower Under Crescent Moon " with my Artist's Copyright in place:

While searching tonight for a certain path'n'portal illustration in my files, I instead tripped across the image below and am uncertain whether it was ever published anywhere--and note that in person, the paper is blacker than it appears here, which of course also depends on the device you're using. Anyway, check out an incomplete drawing 'Path to an Unknown Destination' which is how it feels these days under the Trump regime to live in a sabotaged America: Looks as if the drawing was left about 1/3 of the way through... Happy New Year to All! Well, today is December 28, 2010 and with 2011 soon upon us Secret Moon Art offers a thankful and bubbly toast to all its viewers, visitors, and discriminating art supporters - you're the best ! Waiting round the January 1, 2011 bend is a Solar Eclipse on January 4, 2011 @ 13Cap38 which 'eclipses' my natal Sun. As you know, eclipses are considered 'wild cards' in Astrology (well, in life actually!) so there's no certainty how having a Solar Eclipse for my birthday will play out for the erstwhile artist and blogger who types at you now. One thing I do know: 2011 will be an important year in some fashion for me personally and it remains to be seen just how. What to expect? Here's a little Moonlight Rain to celebrate (discreetly, of course!) the December 5, 2010 New Moon in Sagittarius , sign of The Seeker . The illustration above shows a Full Moon which definitely isn't as dark as tonight, Saturday night, and Sunday night will progressively be for we're in the 3-day Balsamic phase prior to the precise moment the New Moon perfects with the Sun (and I'd need to draw a totally blacked-out Moon to show the lunation precisely, so why not settle for this lighter representation of a Full Moon, yes?) Because in only two weeks, the Dec 21, 2010 Lunar Eclipse in Gemini will manifest as the culmination and fulfillment of this Monday's New Moon 13Sag28 when seeds of new ventures are planted and nurtured. Why, it's almost lyrical, the Dec 5 New Moon's Sabian Symbol: '14Sag'..."The Pyramid and the Sphinx" and yet something sinister underneath the symbol...

Today a new drawing for you so you may meander down a secluded path in A Fairy's Secret Valley ! Yet because Secret Moon Art isn't exclusively for Fairy Art (or Faerie Art, if you prefer), I went wandering about on your behalf and discovered some lovely Fairy Art sites for ethereal perusal such as Fairy Art.net , Art by Sarah Pittman , and some free-to-use Fairy clip art which may be found at Karen Whimsy 's site. Related is the Sur La Lune Fairy Tale Blog , a treat for eyes and minds! And of course, if you wish a journey to view the transcendental artwork of one of America's premiere Visionary Artists you simply can never go off-path with Mr. Gilbert Williams , an early inspiration of mine. Now I feel a bit sheepish admitting it, but somewhere packed away I have a book of his paintings which was published quite a few moons ago - and when I locate it one day, you might be able to hear my woot! all the way from Georgia! Oh where can it be? Perhaps the pink fairies purl...

On a hill far away grows a clump of Primula vialli blooming in the moonlight and it seems a pink flower fairy has dropped by! Here's a lovely photo of the blooms, plus, the BBC 's website has gardening tips advising you how best how to grow Primula vialli .
